Terms and Conditions

2. All players must be 21 years of age in order to play in the World Series of Poker* satellite events. Should a player win a seat to a land based event and such player does not meet the legal age required to participate in the event, then their seat shall be forfeited without compensation. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
3. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Hambledon N.V. and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
4. Hambledon N.V. reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. Hambledon N.V. does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
5. Players participating in WSOP* qualifiers agree to the terms and conditions of the OnlyPoker.com Player Agreement.
6. Only Poker agrees to pay $3,000 cash to the winning players Player Account real money balance.
7. Only Poker agrees to pay winning players $10,000 for use as an Event 57 (NL Championship Main Event buy-in) in Vegas at the 2009 WSOP*.
8. By participating in a Only Poker WSOP* qualifying tournament, you grant Hambledon N.V. the right to use your name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Players who qualify for a WSOP* event on OnlyPoker.com agree to wear OnlyPoker.net apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. Apparel will be supplied by Hambledon N.V. before the commencement of the tournament.
10. Players note that the World Series of Poker* and Harrah's organization will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. Only Poker owes no compensation to the player should they not wish to adhere to this third party agreement.
11. WSOP* prize package wins on Only Poker are non transferrable.
12. If a player wins multiple Main Event $13,000 prize packages, they will receive the full cash value for additional prize packages won in their Only Poker Player's Account real money balance.
13. Hambledon N.V. Management decisions are final on all matters related to the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
